Hi Stampers,Since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the stampers at Hand Stamped Sentiments are having a Think Pink challenge for this week. I made this card for the challenge.
When Stampin' Up first starting selling the Big Shot, I purchased a kit during October that came with the texture plate I used on this card. Before I used the texture plate I added a piece of Whisper White cardstock to the Regal Rose piece and stamped the H/Hope from Strength & Hope. I then added two Basic Gray brads. The main ribbon image is the A la Carte stamp Ribbon of Hope. I stamped it in Regal Rose Craft Ink and heat embossed it with Clear Embossing Powder and punched it out withe the Wide oval punch. The Basic Gray piece is stamped with the words from the Strength & Hope set from the Occasions Mini Catalog and I used the Ovals die for the Big Shot. The card base is Whisper White.
I hope that everyone is supporting the many fundraisers for Breast Cancer Awareness Month - this week we went to a very fun event to get either a pink hair extension or feather in our hair.
