Enough with the snow already!

 Hi Stampers,

Well once again we've been reminded that it is still winter in Chicago - another all-day snowstorm - second Tuesday in a row.

Today's projects make me think more of spring that winter - the project on the left was cased somewhat from the project below, which we made at a shoebox last month.  I used Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade and Very Vanilla - this was one of the projects at my Spring and Sale-a-bration mini catalog stamp camp. I used lots of products from the Spring mini - the sentiment is from the Oh Hello stamp set, the Tea for Two DSP, the Delicate Details Lace tape - used as a stencil here which is such a great idea!  The flower trim is one of my favorites from this mini catalog and such a good deal - you get about 100 roses for only $6.95.  There are so many ways you can color these flowers - here I used the Calypso Coral marker.  the Lucky Limeade strip across the middle uses the new Textured Impressions embossing folder.

The card I cased uses a different piece of Tea for Two DSP and So Saffron, Lucky Limeade and Island Indigo as the color pallette along with Glossy White cardstock and the flowers and lace tape again used as a stencil.

I think we've had enough snow now - I think we've finally caught up to the amount of snow we're supposed to get in winter - time for flowers instead of snow!

Keep Stamping,
