Well, with only one more day for this year's catalog and so I thought I'd share another card from my Copy the Catalog Stamp Camp. This one is from page 54 and features the soon to retire set "Party Hearty".
The colors for this
card are Riding Hood Red, Pacific Point, Daffodil Delight, Wild Wasabi, Chocolate Chip and Pumpkin Pie. The pennants are really the party hats in the stamp set with the top cut off - I stamped some in each color and then mixed and matched 2 of each color for the party banner. The pennants are attached to slivers of Chocolate Chip cardstock, which are easy to cut if you have the Stampin' Up tabletop paper cutter. For the "and many more" I stamped it in Chocolate Chip and cut it into a square and added the candles, which were colored with Pumpkin Pie, Wild Wasabi & Daffodil Delight markers. I used the Scallop Edge and Scallop Square punches as well for the Pacific Point square and top border. A piece of Pumpkin Pie wide grosgrain ribbon (also retiring) completes this cute card!If you'd like to place a last minute order, you can do so through my SU website or by emailing me directly!
We've been having a week of beautiful weather in Chicagoland this week, although things are about to heat up here if the weathermen are correct - nearly 100 degrees by the end of the week. I guess that means that summer is finally here!
